On Thursday night in Fatuha of Patna district, a couple committed suicide by consuming poisonous substance. The couple consumed poisonous substance near the railway track between Fatuha and Budhdevchak Halt. After some time, both of them fell unconscious on the ground.
According to the information, after consuming poison, the couple informed their relatives and friends about this through phone. As soon as the friend got the information, he informed the Dial 112 team. During the search by the Dial 112 team, the information about the incident was given to Fatuha GRP.
Both the teams together found the lovers. Both were brought to Fatuha CHC. Seeing their condition, the doctors there referred them to PMCH for better treatment. The boy died on the way. The girl died during treatment.
According to the family members, the two lovers were identified as Neeraj Kumar and Beauty Kumari, residents of Kharjama village of Tharthari police station area of Nalanda district. Both are residents of the same place. Both had reached Fatuha station together from the village. Both consumed poison at a deserted place near the railway track.
